Kinglionski is the agent and distributor of Texas Instruments model ISO7741FDWR Electronic Components, focusing on the foreign trade of electronic components for 12 years. It only makes new and original packaging, with reasonable price and high quality, and serves most of the European and American markets.
The ISO7741FDWR Electronic Components family of devices an ON-OFF keying (OOK) modulation scheme to transmit the digital data across a silicon dioxide based isolation barrier. The transmitter sends a high frequency carrier across the barrier to represent one digital state and sends no signal to represent the other digital state. The receiver demodulates the signal after advanced signal conditioning and produces the output through a buffer stage.
If the ENx pin is low then the output goes to high impedance. The ISO774x devices also incorporate advanced circuit techniques to maximize the CMTI performance and minimize the radiated emissions due to the high frequency carrier and IO buffer switching. The conceptual block diagram of a digital capacitive isolator, Figure 19, shows a functional block diagram of a typical channel.
The ISO7741FDWR devices are high-performance, quadchannel digital isolators with 5000 VRMS (DW package) and 3000 VRMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings per UL 1577. This family includes devices with reinforced insulation ratings according to VDE, CSA, TUV and CQC. The ISO7741B device is designed for applications that require basic insulation ratings only.
